Text
1. Illustrator, Freehand and CorelDRAW need to convert the fonts and save them into PDF format.
 
2. Please do not use Heavy (emphasis) commands in FreeHand and Word software to avoid printing, and do not use Bold bold in PageMake software to avoid overlapping words with teeth. Do not underline the text in the PageMake software with this command so as not to underline the text.
 
3. Beijing fonts and URW fonts are used in the documents, such as Pinyin Hei, Fang, Song, Kai and other Chinese fonts, which will cause crash and garbled characters during output. Such documents cannot be output. The customers must replace the fonts themselves and confirm that they are correct before printing.
 
4. Office software such as Word and Excel are prone to random codes and table positions when printing, so customers are required to store them in PDF format and make sure they are correct before printing.
 
5. The options for publishing ps in Founder's book edition are the same as those for other output devices. Note that if there is a complement, it must be included.
 
6. Tiff/jpeg file format requires merging layers.
 
Color
 
The imaging principle of digital fast printing is different from that of traditional printing machines, so the color cannot be compared, but through professional color calibration software, 95% color calibration can be achieved in theory.
 
1, digital machine in the number of repeated printing, before and after the printing color will have a slight deviation. This is the disadvantage of digital printers.
 
2. When the customer file has a large flat screen, that is, a large ink bottom, the ink bar will be printed, and the depth varies according to the color. Printing gradient color, gradient uneven (especially gray gradient) this is the deficiency of digital printers; Four-color CMYK, such as direct storage into three-color RGB printing will be partial color, especially neutral gray color.
 
3. Due to changes in printing temperature, humidity, paper and other factors, the colors of manuscripts printed by customers at different times will be slightly different. If the customer strict color requirements must pay attention to this point.
 
Precautions
1. The front and back cover of the digital machine is allowed to have an error of 2mm, so it is necessary to reserve 3mm bleeding like traditional printing in document production, so that the cut finished product will not produce white edges. At the same time, in order not to cut the text and for the beauty of the layout, please pay attention to the production personnel when typesetting, the text should not be too close to the edge (try not to be less than 8mm).
 
2. When the customer brings the document, he needs to tell him what operating system and how many versions of the production software are completed. Because, if the file is opened with different operating systems or different versions of software, phenomena such as failure to open and file errors will occur (for example, Power -Point files are made under XP system and opened with Windows2000 system, and the images with tilt angles will shift).
 
3. If customers are using newer or higher versions of production software for typesetting and mapping, please be sure to communicate with us. Because the newer production software is not stable enough, it is easy to have problems in the output.
 
Problems needing attention in design
Remember that C (blue), M (red), Y (yellow) and K (black) are the basis of color printing, and CMYK mode is the printing mode. Whether you are creating documents in photoshop, filling colors in objects, or inserting pictures in CORELDRAW and other software, you must choose CMYK mode, which is the root of avoiding printing color problems.
 
2. The color of the display and the color of the color jet printing are unreliable. Be sure to explain this to the customer.
 
3. Keep the resolution of the picture above 300*300, but: the resolution of the picture cannot be measured by the resolution alone. If the original picture is clear, even if the resolution is slightly lower, the effect after printing can be achieved. If the original picture is not good, even if it is forcibly converted to a higher resolution (many people do this), the effect after printing is not good.
 
4, if it is not necessary, do not design a large area of the field color, whether in the color page or in the text.
 
5, even because of the customer's requirements, choose a large area of the field color, also do not fill it into more than two colors of the field.
 
6. Don't fill in the black characters with four colors of black, and try not to exceed three colors of colored characters.
 
7, if not intentionally, don't let the text or other main content too aside.
 
8. Develop the habit of using photoshop to process pictures and coreldraw or other vector software to typeset, especially not typing in photoshop.
 
9. When finishing the manuscript, all the text should be converted into curves, and then saved as a new document for printing. The original document without curves should be kept for modification when necessary.
 
10. If it is coreldraw software, you can see whether there is any text in the menu "Text-Text Statistics". If it is all 0, it means that all curves have been turned. If you want to select text in the menu "Edit-Select All-Text", you must first dissolve the group, otherwise you will not find it. If some words are always missing, they are usually in the following places: gradient color filling, text path and special effects.
